We encourage you to please schedule your appointment(s) in advance to ensure your preferred times and dates. Walk in appointments are welcome based on availability. Spa reservations are guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel, move or rescheduled your appointment we require 24 hours’ notice or a 100% cancellation fee will be charged including gratuities. A no show will also be charged the full 100% cost of their scheduled service(s) including gratuities. We also require your cancellation or change be made during Spa business hours by speaking to a Spa Coordinator and not left on voice mail or email. If you are pregnant, have special needs, or have recently had surgery please let your Spa Coordinator know when making your appointment.

The Spa is open 9:00am and 5:00pm, Wednesday – Sunday. Spa services begin at 9:00am and our last appointment is at 4:00pm ending at 5:00 pm. Shortened seasonal hours for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Resort guests of the Whiteface Lodge may charge their services directly to their suite. We also accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover and Cash. Spa Finder Gift Cards and Whiteface Lodge Gift Cards are also gladly accepted.

Gift Cards may be purchased HERE . We can easily mail a Spa Gift Card to a recipient anywhere in the continental United States, please allow 48 hours for processing.

For your convenience an 18% gratuity is automatically added to your final bill at the time of check out. Gratuities for Spa packages are based on the original service price of each service within the package. Gratuity may also be adjusted at your discretion.

Experience all of our luxurious Spa and wellness facilities & amenities with the purchase of a Massage Therapy, Body Treatment or Facial Service. Spa amenities include our cedar wood sauna, steam rooms, fitness center.

We have a seasonal selection of infused filtered water and hot tea offered to all Spa guests as complimentary while using the Spa facility.

Consumption of alcohol is allowed in the Spa after your spa service(s) for your enjoyment and safety. Drinks can easily be ordered from the Kanu Lounge and delivered to the spa for a fee. The Spa can simply add the cost of your drinks to your final bill.

To protect the tranquil nature of the Spa environment children under the age of 16 are not allowed to use the Spa facilities including the Spa Sanctuaries.
Children 11 – 16 are able to receive Spa or Salon services while accompanied by an adult at all times. When receiving a Massage or Body service a minor will be scheduled with a therapist of the same gender.
Children 2 – 11 may receive Manicure, Pedicure and Salon services while accompanied by an adult at all times.

Massage therapy services and body treatments are best enjoyed without clothing allowing greater access for therapeutic benefits. During all treatments your body is fully draped except the area being worked on by your therapist per your level of comfort. Your comfort level is paramount to the success and enjoyment of your Spa service(s). Luxurious Spa robes and slippers are provided for your convenience in the ladies and gentleman’s sanctuaries before and after your treatments.

The Steam and Sauna units are separated in the Ladies and Men’s Sanctuary. You are welcome to use these facilities, dressing to your comfort level in a bathing suit, towel, or without clothing per your choice.

Please ensure you are hydrated before, during and after, using the Steam Room and / or Dry Sauna. It is also beneficial to have some small amount of food prior to using any of these amenities. For your safety please avoid or limit alcohol consumption prior to using these Spa amenities.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service in order to complete Covid-19 medical form.

Each service starts and ends at the scheduled time in order to respectfully accommodate all our Spa guests. Late arrivals will receive the remaining balance of their scheduled treatment time. No show or cancellations within the 24 hour period will result in a full service charge including gratuities.

Please bring a bathing suit or workout clothing if you would like to use the indoor / outdoor pool & hot tub or the fitness center. All massage, body treatments and facials include the use of the Spa fitness facilities and the Spa Sanctuaries.

Shaving is not recommended prior to a body treatment(s) or hair removal service. For men shaving is not necessary prior to a facial service. If a guest chooses to shave prior to their service please allow 2 hours between shaving and your scheduled service.
