Yoga/Pilates Fusion is a combination of the practices of yoga and pilates. Physically, the practice renews, invigorates and heals the body. Muscles become tight and toned, the internal organs are massaged and detoxified for optimal function. At a mental level, the benefits of Yoga are to relieve stress, anxiety and depression because it helps you quiet your mind and control the flow of unwanted thoughts and worries. Posture guides the spine into a proper alignment and the whole body improves its circulation. It will also improve flexibility, balance and coordination.
This water based class will help you utilize a range of beginner to advanced level exercises. The goal is to help enhance the range of motion and strength by using water resistant equipment.
Muscle and Tone Abs Class
This is a circuit training class that includes multiple modalities of fitness. You will strengthen and tone your entire body while working on cardio, balance, agility and power!
