Should you shorten the length of your stay prior to your arrival, you will be charged a one night penalty. If after you check into the resort, should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights reserved.

Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed at Whiteface Lodge. Service animals specifically trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities are welcome. A strict $500 per night penalty will be incurred for violations. Whiteface Lodge reserves the right to refuse entry and accommodation.
Whiteface Lodge complies with all regulations and laws pertaining to service animals as outlined in The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA). Service animals, defined as dogs (or miniature horses) that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities, are welcomed at Whiteface Lodge.
