A valid major credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. A deposit equal to one (1) night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking.

For stays between December 24, 2026 and January 2, 2027, a deposit of 50% of the total stay before taxes will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. A 30-day cancellation policy applies.

Cancellations must be made by 4:00 PM local time, 14 days prior to arrival, to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one (1) night’s room and tax.

For stays between December 24, 2026 and January 2, 2027, cancellations or modifications must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.

GROUP RESERVATION POLICY: Our standard group cancellation policy is 45 days. Reservations that are cancelled within this period will forfeit their deposit. Reservations cannot be modified within the cancellation period. Should you shorten the length of your stay prior to your arrival, you will be charged a one night penalty. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights reserved.

No-show reservations will forfeit their deposit. The remaining balance for the original room nights reserved (less taxes) will also be charged.

Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed at Whiteface Lodge. Service animals specifically trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities are welcome. A strict $500 per night penalty will be incurred for violations. Whiteface Lodge reserves the right to refuse entry and accommodation.

Whiteface Lodge complies with all regulations and laws pertaining to service animals as outlined in The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA). Service animals, defined as dogs (or miniature horses) that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities, are welcomed at Whiteface Lodge.

Service dogs are to be leashed and are not to be left in guest suites unattended. Please be advised, our staff may ask what skills or tasks the service dog has been trained to perform.

Emotional support animals do not meet this criteria and are thus not permitted on Whiteface Lodge grounds. More information regarding service animals can be found here https://www.ada.gov/service_animals_2010.htm.

Oversize vehicles and tow-behind trailers of any kind are not permitted at Whiteface Lodge. Please contact Guest Services for parking recommendations.

SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from The Whiteface Lodge related to reservations confirmed or inquired about via phone, email, or our website. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers who assist us in delivering SMS messages (such as messaging platforms and carriers), and solely for the purpose of providing the messaging service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

How do we protect visitor information?

Our website is regularly scanned for security vulnerabilities. Your personal information is stored behind secured networks and is accessible only to authorized personnel who are required to keep the information confidential. Sensitive and payment information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party gateway providers and are not stored or processed on our servers.
