Deposit
To make a reservation, please call 800.903.4045.  A deposit of one night will be taken to guarantee each suite. Additional deposits may be required for certain dates, as well as minimum-night stays. During holidays and black-out periods, policies may differ; please check with reservations when booking.

Cancellations
Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, we will make every effort to re-book your stay for a time that is more convenient for you.  If accommodations cannot be made, the deposit will be forfeited. During holidays and black-out periods, policies may differ; please check with reservations when booking.

Arrival & Departure
Check in time is 4:00 pm. In case of early arrival, we invite you to enjoy the many amenities that Whiteface Lodge has to offer until your suite becomes available. On the day of your departure we ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. Early departures subject to penalty of one night stay.

Pets
The Whiteface Lodge is a non-pet property. The Concierge can assist with alternate pet accommodations.

Smoking
For the comfort of our guests, The Whiteface Lodge is a non-smoking property.
