What is Partial Ownership?
Deeded Fractional Ownership of a Whiteface Lodge residence secures the right for members and their guests to spend a guaranteed number of days in residence each year. Each 1/12th ownership interest is for no less than four weeks annually. Your residence is maintained in your absence, prepared for your arrival, and serviced twice daily. And since your ownership is deeded, it is not only yours to enjoy for a lifetime – it is yours in perpetuity and, as such, may be bequeathed to your heirs.
