Partial and Whole Ownership in The Residence Club
Partial ownership is deeded real-estate ownership of a specific residence—to which owners return each time they visit—and includes equity in the resort’s common property. Partial ownership of a Whiteface Lodge Residence is available in 1/12th deeds through whole ownership of 12/12ths, allowing members to customize their purchase to their needs.  A 1/12th deed represents no less than 4 weeks ownership privileges annually.

Traditional luxury residential ownership is available at The Whiteface Lodge Residence Club offering each member unlimited access to their vacation home in Lake Placid with access to the optional rental program available.

Membership in the Registry Collection
The Whiteface Lodge’s affiliation with the Registry Collection allows residence members access to a collection of the most distinctive resorts, hotels, travel services, and benefits assembled into a private club for luxury vacation property owners. Members of the Whiteface Lodge Residence Club may exchange for weeks in over 100 exclusive resorts throughout North America, the Caribbean, and Europe.

Resort Rental Program
Residence members may choose to enter their property into the optional resort rental program. The rental program provides a convenient and flexible opportunity to earn income from your vacation home.

Space-Available Visits to The Whiteface Lodge
Members of The Residence Club are invited to visit the lodge on a space-available basis. Members who participate in the rental program may take advantage of short visits to The Whiteface Lodge with up to 72-hours advance notice based on availability.
