The Whiteface Lodge takes great pride in the creativity and skill set of our food and beverage team. Chef David Haick and his culinary team's offerings range from quarterly themed dinners, holiday brunches, lake side BBQ's and Clambakes and 3 course dinners for the holidays. Sommelier Scott Waller and his team share a passion for introducing our guests to a host of offerings from wine and spirit classes, local and regional beer tastings, scotch flights and blind vodka challenges. Both Chef David and Scott adapt our menus with the changing season. Year round seating is available in Kanu and Kanu Lounge while outdoor seating on the Veranda proves to be the most popular from late Spring through early Fall. The Summer season showcases dining pool side with our bento box menu or sitting beach side at our private Canoe Club with breath taking vistas of Whiteface Mountain.
